Abstract Industrialism

This exhibition consists mostly of sculptural work. The Abstract Industrialism exhibtion reflects on the relationship between men and technology and then, how the technical human interacts with the environment, with nature. This project questions the merits of technology and the perception of progression.

Participating artists: AKMAR, Badriah Hamelink, Erris Huigens, Johannes Langkamp, Christine Liebich, Eric martijn and Art van Triest.

Kunsthalte

The organizations of Kunst in het Singelpark (KIS) and Ars Aemula et Naturae are jointly organizing a presentation of Leiden based art initiatives and incubators at the Cultuurplein Lammermarkt. Within the context of Abstract Industrialism, EST will present a work by Johannes Langkamp, and for the opening a work by Eric martijn.

Also, this year there will be another edition of Beelden in Leiden. The curatorial duo Peter van der Es and Adam Nillissen, founders of the artist fair and organization Unfair, have chosen to show work by Bas Oussoren, Susanne Khalil Yusef, Nazif Lopulissa, Eugenie Boon, Vera Gulikers and Stijn ter Braak. On view at the Hooglandse Kerkgracht. Another reason to visit Leiden!
